Description
From the TV show Sanctuary, it's a stamp for Nikola Tesla. Since they have yet to include him as a primary character (as in: he only shows up in episodes here and there, not all) he doesn't seem to be getting the recognition he deserves.
My personal opinion: HOTTEST VAMPIRE EVER! Really hot vampire+super genius=EPIC WIN.
He was overdue for some stamp love.
